The data controller for personal data processed on juleseo.tech is VirtuStyle AI by JuleTech. We adhere strictly to the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).
2. Data We Process & Purpose
- Google OAuth Account: Name, email address, and avatar image for account authentication and tracking daily try-on limits.
- Uploaded Images: Your full-body photo and chosen garment photo, processed exclusively to perform virtual try-on inference via IDM-VTON.
- Client-Side Pose Analysis: MoveNet pose detection executes locally inside your web browser via WebGL/Wasm; biometric pose vectors are never transferred or stored on external servers.
3. Cloudflare R2 Encryption & No Data Sale
Images are stored in private AES-256 encrypted object storage. Access is granted solely via temporary presigned tokens.
We never sell, rent, or commercialize your photos to third parties or advertisers.
4. 30-Day Automatic Data Deletion (Right to be Forgotten)
All unsaved uploaded photos and generated images are permanently and automatically purged after 30 days. Outfits saved to your personal Wardrobe remain stored until you delete them.
