All civil, copyright, financial, and criminal liability for uploaded images, consent of depicted persons, and the use of generated results rests entirely and solely with the user.

1Agreement Status & Binding Acceptance

1.1. This User Agreement is a legally binding public contract between VirtuStyle AI by JuleTech (the "Service", "we", "us") and any individual or entity visiting the website worldwide (the "User", "you").

1.2. Any interaction with juleseo.tech constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this Agreement. If you disagree with any provision, you must immediately terminate use and leave the site.

2Age Restrictions (Strictly 18+ • COPPA Compliance)

2.1. The Service is exclusively available to legal adults aged 18 and older.

2.2. Uploading photos of children, minors, or underaged individuals is strictly prohibited under international safety regulations (including US COPPA). Any identified materials will be permanently erased immediately.

4Global Indemnification Clause

4.1. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VirtuStyle AI by JuleTech, its founders, hosting providers, and developers from and against any claims, damages, regulatory fines, and legal fees resulting from: (a) your breach of this Agreement; (b) unauthorized depiction of third parties; or (c) copyright infringement.

5Disclaimer of Warranties ("AS IS") & E-Commerce Notice

Virtual try-on results are generative neural artistic simulations. The Service DOES NOT guarantee that real-life garments will fit identically. The Service is not a clothing retailer and disclaims all liability for purchases made in third-party stores.

6US Specific Notice (DMCA & CDA 230)

DMCA Safe Harbor Notice: Copyright holders may submit takedown notices to virtustyleinfo@gmail.com. Pursuant to 47 U.S.C. § 230, the Service is protected as an interactive computer service provider.

7Class Action Waiver & Severability
